dataCon reserves a fixed percentage of available shop floor capacity to assist customers with small, prototype projects or first time builds requiring turnaround in a matter of hours or days rather than weeks.

Depending upon forecasted customer needs and requirements, dataCon will adjust shop load capacity planning to meet customer delivery expectations for quick turn or first time builds. We typically offer 1,2, or 3 day turns for first time builds. Shorter turnarounds are possible for repair or x-ray services. Reduced build times are achieved using compressed parallel sequencing of pre-build processes and pre-establishing risk buy agreements for materials.




 We apply a flexible factory methodology tailored to meet our customers' prototyping needs including:
