Circuit Card Assembly (CCA)
dataCon has many years of experience manufacturing CCA's for the military, medical and life sciences industries. We offer solution driven SMT assembly processes and specialize in quick turn, double sided micro BGA assembly or repair.
Our CCA manufacturing area includes functional test and data collection capabilities to help ensure the product we ship is the product you expect. And, with our low volume/high-mix assembly focus, quick turn deliveries are seldom a problem.
A typical CCA manufacturing sequence is shown in the diagram below. A more detailed, work station specific schedule can be developed for your product or program as part of the RFQ process.
